The applicant who was born in Taiwan or a Taiwanese Canadian may apply for Affiliate Member. The applicant becomes an Affiliate Member on Board's acceptance of the application. Affiliate and Associate members are entitled to the same rights and benefits as those of other membership types, but shall not be entitled to vote or be elected to office.

申請人為台灣出生或台裔加拿大人，皆可申請成為聯屬會員．
經理事會同意後可享有聯屬會員所有權益，但無會務參與權．
